Can I track my order?

Yes! You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address before completing your transaction. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Be sure that you add us to your address book (service@atarni.com) so that the e-mail doesn't end up in your spam folder!

My package is missing, what do i do?

Orders shipped are assigned a tracking number with the carrier with whom it shipped. If you have a package that shipped, but it is not delivered as listed with the carrier, you need to contact the carrier with the tracking number.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We are shipping to the USA (Not including The American 6 Outlying Islands), the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Canada.

You can receive your ordered items in 5-8 business days, we have prepared plenty of stocks in USA local warehouse.

②. Countries can be delivered within  15-45 business days including Germany, and France.


③.The rest of the countries need to be delivered in 30-60 business days. (such as the United Kingdom, and Canada)
