Refund policy

Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (service@atarni.com) first.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

3. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

If you meet the requirement, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn’t work and send it to service@atarni.com

Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange them, this problem will be solved in 3 business days.

Return handling fee We accept the return of products. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is paid by the customer and the resending shipping cost is paid by our Atarni. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@atarni.com.

Non-returnable items:

1. On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

2. NO CREDIT will be given to any "NON-DEFECTIVE" and "USED" products. No warranty will be given to any force majeure and man-made causes to a defective product, such as improper care, personal tear down and willful damage, etc.
